Michele Kelly
Creative Director & Founder
For over three decades, Michele Kelly has helped businesses transform ideas into identities and brands into legacies. As the founder and creative force behind Graphicways Design, she specializes in strategic design that drives visibility, credibility, and emotional connection across both print and digital platforms.
Michele's work is defined by a unique blend of artistic intuition and strategic discipline. Whether she's helping a startup launch its first brand or guiding an established organization through a refresh of a decades-old identity, her work is known for its clarity, polish, and staying power. Her portfolio spans branding, brochures, websites, email marketing campaigns, and annual reports, each piece part of a cohesive brand identity built to last.
She collaborates with a wide range of clients, from medical practices and nonprofits to financial services firms, municipalities, and tech startups, helping each one clarify its message and visually express its values. As a woman-owned, family-run business rooted in the Connecticut community, Graphicways reflects Michele's passion for supporting small businesses and nonprofits with branding that tells a compelling story and delivers real results.
Before founding Graphicways, Michele served as Art Director at Southern Connecticut Gas, where she designed shareholder reports and customer print campaigns and led brand redesigns for multiple subsidiaries. That experience sharpened her ability to meet tight deadlines, solve complex problems, and guide creative strategy at the executive level. She holds a B.S. in Graphic Design from the University of Bridgeport, with a minor in photography.
Michele is a past president and current Director-at-Large of the Network of Executive Women, and serves actively with both the Milford and Orange Chambers of Commerce.
